Innovation, Determination, and Grit

The Night of May 17th was filled with passion, innovation, and a overwhelming aura of accomplishment and pride. The Genius Project symposium was held on the 17th and showcased a myriad of senior's completed projects and their journey in fulfilling the genius criteria of impact, passion, and challenge. From surfing to knitting to reading and designing each project was one of its own carefully crafted, planned, and executed over the span of a year and a half. Ted style speeches were given by the project leaders themselves and all left a positive and inspiring outlook for those who attended. Listening to the challenges, joys, milestones, and unexpected profits truly gave me hope and a invigoration for my own journey ahead.
